There are two steps to completing the registration process:

1. To register for the conference, activities and hotel accommodations, access your personalized email invitation to fill out the electronic registration form. Be sure to print out the registration instruction file attached to your personalized email invitation, to assist you in completing the registration process.
2. After completing your meeting registration form, you will need to click the link to access Travelport's online application to reserve your air transportation. Note: you should be prepared to make your air reservations immediately following completion of the online meeting registration. When you receive your emailed meeting registration confirmation, you will have one more opportunity to reserve your airline tickets by clicking on the personalized Travelport link in this confirmation email. This link will allow you to access Travelport online to book your air travel for this conference.

Registration is online for the Regional HPA Meeting. The online Registration Form is accessible via the personalized email invitation in your email inbox. Click on "Register Here" to begin the process.

It is important that you complete the Registration Form in its entirety. All items marked with a red asterisk (*) must be completed in order to continue. Meeting registration will take approximately 10 minutes.

The online Registration Form is the only way to register for all aspects of the Regional HPA Meeting:

• Meeting Registration
• Travel
• Lodging
• Golf or Leisure

Confirmation of your Regional HPA Meeting registration and hotel accommodations will be sent to you via email within one (1) business day of completion.
