Check in time is 4:00pm on February 28, 2007. Please come dressed for the 3:00pm meeting just in case your room is not ready when you arrive. CNA will arrange and pay lodging for all CNA attendees and one representative from each High Performance Agency. Hotel room and tax will be charged to the CNA master account for the two nights of the meeting, February 28, 2007 and March 1, 2007. Incidental charges will be the responsibility of the attendee upon checkout at noon on March 1, 2007.

Should you wish to arrive prior to or extend your stay in St. Pete Beach, please indicate this in the "Special Request" area on the online Registration Form. Cost for additional nights before or after the meeting is $269.00* + $10 resort fee + 12% tax per room, per night (*based on availability) and is the responsibility of the attendee.

CNA will provide ground transportation between the Tampa International Airport and the Don CeSar Beach Resort, A Loews Hotel, on the official meeting travel dates (arrivals on Wednesday, February 28, 2007, and departures on Friday, March 2, 2007). If you are flying in and/or out of an alternative airport, it is your responsibility to arrange transportation to and from the host hotel.

Upon arrival into Tampa International Airport, proceed to Baggage Claim and look for the Meeting Dynamics representative holding a "CNA/HPA" sign. The representative will direct you to the appropriate shuttle. If you are unable to locate the Meeting Dynamics representative, please call Hilary Hefner, Director of Sales & Marketing at Meeting Dynamics & Dynamic Productions, Inc., at (954) 923-0800.

If you are driving to the meeting, self-parking is included with your guestroom/resort fee, and valet parking is available for $20/night (with in & out privileges). If you are just coming for the day, the self-parking cost is $10/day. Parking will be covered by CNA during the meeting dates only (February 28, 2007 and March 1, 2007).

The CNA Central Region invites you to enjoy an afternoon of golf during HPA 2007. Tee times are limited, so registration for golf is on a first-come, first-served basis. Golfers will enjoy playing one of the local 18-hole courses with a shotgun start. The charges for greens fees, cart rental and golf clubs will be paid for by your CNA Central Region hosts. Feel free to bring your own golf clubs, shoes and accessories.

The non-golfers may have a leisurely afternoon at the resort's spa, or enjoy seven-and-one-half miles of powdery shores for strolling, shelling or sunning. Lounge at one of the two pools and enjoy a tropical drink. There are also several local attractions to take in, just check with the Concierge upon your arrival. For those that select the Spa, a $100 credit/gift certificate is available to use towards a spa or salon service of your choice. This credit expires March 2, 2007, is not redeemable for cash, and is not valid outside of the resort venues.

Business casual is appropriate for all meetings and social functions, i.e., sweaters, open-collar shirt, and slacks. Golf attire is required for the course. Check Weather.com for the local temperature.
